Description

The X-Man Tornado V5 3×3 (Pioneer UV) is the top version of QiYi and X-Man Design’s latest flagship. It combines a 20-magnet core, an adjustable MagLev system and some of the most detailed tuning options on any 3×3, so you can set it up to feel exactly how you like.

20-magnet core

The Pioneer edition has 20 magnets in the core. They attract the 8 magnets at the base of the corner pieces and repel the 12 magnets at the base of the edge pieces, giving you precise, consistent turning. A one-piece seamless core and a secure spherical core shell keep everything aligned and the magnets firmly in place.

Adjustable MagLev

Two nested magnetic rings, one large and one small, replace a traditional spring. Change the distance between them to choose from 8 elasticity levels, for a soft, light feel or a firmer one.

Tune it your way

• Corner magnets: 9 strength levels, set by a numbered dial.
• Edge magnets: 7 levels, adjusted all at once with one turn.
• Visual dual adjustment: 8 levels each for axis distance and elasticity, with colour markings so you can see your setting at a glance.

UV-coated finish

A glossy UV coating gives the cube a shiny, scratch-resistant finish with better grip.
