Description
The MoYu PBCube WR (20-Magnet Ball-Core + MagLev + UV) is the first flagship from PBCube, MoYu’s premium sub-brand. It was developed with and endorsed by 3×3 World Champion Yiheng Wang, and packs a 20-magnet ball-core, MagLev and 512 setup options into a 55.5mm cube.
20-magnet ball-core
A magnetic ball at the centre of the cube, surrounded by 20 magnets, works with the magnets in the pieces to keep the layers centred. The result is stable, controlled turning at high speed. The cube has 100 magnets in total.
Carbon fibre core
The core spider is made from carbon fibre, which keeps it strong while saving weight.
MagLev
MagLev uses magnetic repulsion in place of the usual springs, cutting friction for faster, quieter, smoother turning.
512 ways to set it up
The triple adjustment system gives you 8 levels each of tension, MagLev elasticity and magnet strength, for 512 combinations. Yiheng Wang’s own setup is tension 1, elasticity 1 and magnet strength 8.
UV-coated finish
The stickerless pieces have a UV coating that improves grip and resists scratches, with custom blue internals and a PB Cube centre cap.
