Description
The MoYu AoLong V5 3×3 (20-Magnet Ball-Core + MagLev + UV) is the top version of MoYu’s AoLong V5, made to bring competition-level performance to everyone. It packs a carbon fibre core, 100 magnets, Ball-Core Positioning 3.0, MagLev and 64 setup options into a 55.5mm cube, finished with a glossy UV coating.
Carbon fibre core
A high-strength carbon fibre core gives the AoLong V5 a solid, stable structure. Performance starts from the core, so your turns feel controlled and consistent at full speed.
Carbon fibre is also much tougher and more durable than a standard plastic core. Some cubers have had the plastic core could break under heavy use or a hard drop. The AoLong V5’s carbon fibre core is built to handle the stress of fast, aggressive turning and daily practice, so you can solve hard without worrying about the core breaking.
100 magnets, fully equipped for competition
This maxed-out version has 100 magnets in total, creating a full magnetic field for strong feedback and all-round stability from every angle.
20-magnet ball-core with Ball-Core Positioning 3.0
20 magnets inside the ball-core form MoYu’s Ball-Core Positioning 3.0 system. Each turn snaps quickly into alignment for precise control.
Dual repulsion positioning
Repelling magnets inside the edge feet interact with the core magnets, driving fast, clean alignment on every turn.
MagLev and 64 ways to set it up
MoYu’s dual adjustment system combines 8 MagLev tension levels with 8 distance settings, for 64 combinations. MagLev uses magnetic repulsion in place of springs for smooth, low-friction turning, and you can set the cube tighter for control or looser for speed.
Rock-solid stability

- Dragon scale texture: MoYu’s textured internal surfaces help keep turning smooth and consistent.
